Senior Software Developer/QA Analyst

Job Description :

Analyze, design and develop solutions using Low Code, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and web technologies to streamline workflows and increase productivity. Review requirements and design. Contribute to design documentation, and functional requirements and specifications. Develop automation scripts to test the solution using RPA and Selenium. Understand Driven and Data Driven frameworks to retrieve test actions, test data from Excel files and SQL Databases. Implement and execute test cases, analyzing issues and defining corrective actions. Conduct tests before solution launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets acceptance criteria providing end-to-end solutions to software quality. Write required support code in JAVA, .Net, Jscript and PHP. Assist with training users of new and updated software, including reporting on new features and enhancements. Update documentation according to new functionality. Learn new technologies and adapt to changes such as Robotic Process Automation and web developments. Proactively research, problem-solve technical problems. Maintain the Selenium & JAVA automation code and resources in source controls like GIT HUB for improvements and new features. Use of Java, Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, Cucumber, GitHub, Tortoise SVN, TestNG, Junit, Maven, Jenkins, Postman and Jira, Rally, Azure, Sauce Labs, and related tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 5 years of experience as Software Engineer, Software Test Engineer/Consultant, Software QA Analyst, or any job title involving software test automation. Experience must include use of Java, Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, Cucumber, TestNG, Maven, SQL, and Jira.

Work location:

AMPCUS, Inc., 14900 Conference Center Drive, Suite 500, Chantilly, VA 20151. Travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the US may be required.
